The short version

We do not sell your contact information. We do not share your address with lenders without your explicit consent. We do not pull your credit.

What we collect

• Email address and (optionally) home address, if you sign up for the rate tracker or waitlist.
• Loan details you enter into the rate tracker (balance, rate, term) — used only to compute your refinance math and send you emails you asked for.
• Basic analytics on which pages are visited (no cross-site tracking).

What we never do

• We never sell your email, address, or any personal data.
• We never trigger a mortgage credit pull, so your data never becomes a "trigger lead."
• We never send you promotions from third parties.
